Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Engagement Formation & Scope

All engagements entered into with Team For Good (“Company”) are governed by a mutually agreed, written Scope of Work (SOW), proposal, or engagement brief. No verbal discussion or preliminary quotation constitutes a binding commercial agreement until written confirmation is signed or confirmed by electronic communication by both parties.

2. Service Lines & Capabilities

The Company provides services strictly within its confirmed operational capacity across three defined business domains:

• IT & Technology Consulting: Technology advisory, requirement scoping, and strategic IT evaluation for personal and commercial clients.
• Software & Website Solutions: Bespoke website engineering, application development, digital content structuring, and software licensing alignment.
• Corporate & Personal Event Management: Planning, coordination, and on-ground logistics for approved events in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and reviewed jurisdictions.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

Quotations are provided based on client-specified requirements and remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance. Payments are milestone-based, requiring an advance deposit prior to the commencement of work as detailed in each project proposal. Invoices are issued inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (e.g., GST in India).

4. Client Responsibilities & Scope Changes

Timely delivery relies on prompt client collaboration, including the provision of required briefs, access credentials, brand assets, and feedback approvals within agreed timeframes. Any modification or addition to the agreed scope of work after project kick-off will be evaluated under a separate change order, which may impact milestone schedules and commercial terms.

5. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full receipt of all agreed milestone payments, ownership of custom software code, website assets, and event documentation created specifically for the client transfers to the client, excluding any pre-existing Company frameworks, third-party libraries, or open-source software licenses used in the deliverable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team For Good shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from service usage or delays outside the Company's direct control. Total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific milestone in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
